La Salle Institute is seeking a qualified middle school Math teacher for Grades 6 & 7 to fill a long-term substitute teaching assignment. The candidate should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in education with a concentration in Math or a Math related field. Courses to be taught would include Math 6, Math 7 and pre-Algebra. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a team environment, teach with enthusiasm and energy, create innovative lessons and be open to professional growth. Finally, the candidate must demonstrate a commitment to the Lasallian mission.
