2025-26 Shirt Design Contest
Looking ahead to the 2025-2026 school year, we're excited to continue with the second year of The Cadet Shirt. For over a decade, La Salle's sports teams have been deeply committed to community service, supporting a range of causes such as Making Strides, The Albany Housing Coalition, Joseph's House, Ronald McDonald House, and NYS Special Olympics. Key to these efforts have been initiatives like ‘dress down days’ and selling event t-shirts, both of which have seen incredible participation.
The 2025-2026 school year will feature the continuation of the single-design shirt for athletic community service event dress down days. The student-designed shirt plays an important role in representing the entire La Salle community and its values.
We are asking any students interested in submitting a design for The Cadet Shirt to submit their design by 3/31/2025. Here are the requirements:
- Front and back T-shirt design.
- Front must include: The La Salle Cadets Logo and the phrase: One Shirt, One School, One Community
- The back should include something that represents each of the sports at LSI and the current community service events:
- Sports: Cross Country/ Running sports Golf, Football, Soccer, Swimming, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, Hockey, Bowling, Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Track, Girls Lacrosse
- Events: Making Strides, Blitz Brigade, Cadets for Vets, Coaches Vs Cancer, & Cadet Game Day
- The design should include LSI colors
- Design should be emailed with your name and contact information to Jessica Hartman/ Booster Club President jessilee76@gmail.com, Kevin Galuski/ Athletic Director KGaluski@lasalleinstitute.org, Dan Brown/ Booster Club Vice President danielbrown_ny@yahoo.com . Or turned in to Mr Galuski No later than 3/31/2025
- Design will be selected at the April Booster Club meeting
- Once design is selected we may student to refine and work with our vendor for final design details. This may be a great opportunity for those interested in graphic design or garment production.
